The delivery time period is split into two separate parts.

  • Processing Time: Order validation, tailoring, quality control, and packaging. All orders are sent to our fulfillment centers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Most of our products are made to order and usually take 1-3 days to make. Your order is shipped after this time
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for things to be delivered from our store to the destination. U.S. orders are shipped via e-packet, which is a U.S. Postal Service Product. Items usually take between 7 to 14 days to arrive at the destination after processing and leaving the warehouse but may take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes about 15 to 30 business days.
  • Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.

 Please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your billing information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed. If you remember that you did not input your correct information in, please contact us as soon as possible to see if we are able to fix this information. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. We require a few days of processing before your item is shipped out, if it has been more than 5 business days and you have not received any tracking information, please contact us ASAP. 


We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  If you are experiencing any difficulties, please feel free to contact us. 


Free shipping on all domestic orders that exceed $75 before shipping cost and after any discount code is applied (customer must select this option at checkout). If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we offer our flat rate ground shipping based on weight (offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands). All packages are shipped with UPS or USPS.


We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. Signature may be required at the time of delivery.

A $15 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason (return shipment may vary on international shipments).


All sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.  All discounted items are also FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to add or remove sale items at any time. Any sale or final sale item received for a return will not be honored. 


We ship to most international countries. Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page after the billing and shipping address have been input. Transit time varies from 5 – 10 business days depending upon what option you select.

Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
